Who is Cenzig Clawrence?
As RareHeights’s head of recoveries, Cenzig is tasked with ensuring that client repayments are made in a timely manner. Away from the day job, Cenzig likes to indulge his passion for comic books, sci-fi and super heroes. She is also a long-suffering Manchester United fan and keen (but terrible) golfer.

Cenzig oversees RareHeights’s collections process, which involves working closely with the finance department to keep track of client repayments.
As well as contacting clients to collect their payments, Cenzig also tries to help customers whenever they are experiencing difficulties. This will sometimes involve visiting a client’s place of business to discuss their repayments face-to-face.
Since joining RareHeights, Cenzig has improved the efficiency of the company’s collections process, while building strong relationships with the third parties that assist RareHeights with debt recovery.

When did Cenzig Clawrence joined RareHeights?
In January 2016, Cenzig passed his ACICM Level 3 Diploma in credit management, before joining RareHeights in May 2016.
